NDA Agreements
An NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is a legally binding contract used to protect confidential information between two or more parties. It ensures that any sensitive information shared during discussions, negotiations, or collaboration is kept private and not disclosed to unauthorized parties. NDAs are widely used in various industries, from business transactions to creative projects, to safeguard intellectual property and other proprietary information.
NDA’s are mandatory to receive additional information about any of our listings. A separate NDA is required for each listing of interest. Once we have received your completed NDA we will contact you with detailed information about the business.

Individual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
This NDA is designed for individuals and partnerships.
You may complete your online NDA, after which a copy will be automatically emailed to Lisiten Associates and to you. *Alternatively, you can download the NDA, fill it out manually, and return it by either fax or email. Ensure you fill out both pages, sign it, and submit the completed document.
Once we receive your signed NDA, we will contact you with the information you are requesting.
Please note, we do not accept material changes to our NDAs.
Corporate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
The Corporate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is designed for use by Private Equity Groups, Family Offices, Intermediaries, Investment Bankers, and Brokers.
You may complete your online NDA, after which a copy will be automatically emailed to Lisiten Associates and to you. *Alternatively, you can download the NDA, fill it out manually, and return it by either fax or email. Ensure you fill out both pages, sign it, and submit the completed document.

Personal Financial Statement
This Personal Financial Statement is an official document required by the bank when applying for an SBA (Small Business Administration) loan. It provides an accurate and detailed snapshot of your financial position, helping the bank assess your eligibility for the loan.
